well, have some fun with our EASY RECIPES! (all recipes are five or less ingredients only, and remember ALWAYS use butter where
needed, never margarine....there is no substitute for taste) Around the world, please send us your favorite EASY RECIPE.

SCOTLAND
"Traditional Scotch & Cookie"
One glass of scotch (your choice). One cookie (your choice). Dunk cookie quickly into scotch and discard. Drink the scotch.
NORTH POLE "Santa's
Salad" One bunch broccoli florets. Boil until crisp tender. One small box cherry or grape tomatoes.
Combine & dress with Italian dressing. Ho-Ho-H0! POLAND
"Polish Double Squash" One
Acorn Squash per person. Cut in half. Scoop out seeds & fill each half liberally with butter. Sprinkle artificial
sweetner on each half. Sprinkle with AllSpice liberally (that means a lot). Cook in oven at 350 degrees until tender
to fork. Remove and enjoy! (that means eat)
SWEDEN "Honey Lemonade" 1/2
cup honey. 1/2 cup hot water. Juice of 4 lemons. Four cups cold water. Blend honey with hot water to make a syrup and
pour it into a pitcher. Add lemon juice. Pour in cold water and stir. Serve icy cold. Yield: 6 servings.
CANADA "Boursin Soup" (this meal takes just 10 minutes
from start to finish; you can take as long as you want to eat it) One 14 oz. can of ready-to-serve chicken broth + one cup
purchased shredded carrot + 1/4 cup finely chopped onion + two cups milk + 5 oz. of Boursin cheese. Combine broth, carrots
& onion in a heavy saucepan, bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. stir in milk & cheese
and cook over medium low heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly...don't let soup boil.
serve immediately. serves four people. Delicious! ALASKA
"Eskimo Cream Ice Supreme" Put one ice cube in a large bowl. Add five scoops ice cream, different flavors. Add favorite toppings (butterscotch,
hot fudge, strawberry, chocolate, banana, caramel, nuts, relish, etc.) Add whipped cream and twelve cherries. Remove
ice cube and eat with a large spoon. NORWAY "Peanut Brittle" 1 1/3
cups sugar. One 6 oz. can cocktail peanuts. Butter a cookie sheet very thoroughly. Cook the sugar in a frying pan over
low heat until it has melted and turned a light brown. Stir in the peanuts, then pour onto baking sheet. Immediately start
stretching the candy by pressing it out with the back of two spoons. Don't touch it with your hands, as it will be very hot.
Keep this up, working quickly, until the brittle is no more than 1 peanut deep. When the candy is completely cool, break
it into pieces. Store in an airtight container. AUSTRALIA "Two Dump Cakes" 1 can apple pie filling + 1 box
spice cake mix. Dump pie filling into pan & smooth out. Sprinkle cake mix over filling evenly. Do not mix. Bake at 350
until done. Do the same with peach pie filling and carrot cake mix. For frosting, mix well one lb. box powdered sugar
with quarter lb. stick of softened butter. Flavor with your favorite extract (almond, lemon, cherry, etc.) or use as
is (butter & sugar). Double Yum. ENGLAND "Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies" 1 cup peanut butter + 1 cup
sugar + 1 egg + 1 tsp. vanilla + 1/4 cup water. Mix all ingredients and roll in balls. Bake on ungreased cookie
sheet one inch apart at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Leave on the cookie sheet for 5 minutes after taking out of the oven,
then put cookies on a cooling rack. YES, THIS RECIPE IS CORRECT!!!
SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA, U.S.A. "The Wonderful
Marshmallow Krispie" 3 tbs. butter + 1 pkg. 10 oz. marshmallows or 4 cups mini-marshmallows
+ 6 cups Rice Krispies. Heat to melt, combine marshmallows & butter. Add cereal, stir until well coated. Press
into baking pan coated with cooking spray (use wax paper to press evenly & keep hands from sticking). Refrigerate,
then cut into squares. Melt chocolate kisses & drizzle over top. Enjoy!
BELGIUM "Bestest Fastest French Toast":
3 eggs + Cinnamon + sugar + milk & butter. Break eggs into a medium sized bowl. Add
a little milk (2-3 shotglasses worth). Mix with fork until well-blended. Heat enough butter in a frying pan to cover
bottom very well. Dip 3 pieces of white bread into mixture (one at a time) & cover both sides with
egg. Place into pan (all three) and cook until golden brown. Turn over & do the same on other side. Turn
off heat, place toast on plate, sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar, melt more butter in frying pan, drizzle onto toast, eat
all three pieces. Yum! ITALY "Tuna Tortollini": 1 lb. refrigerated or frozen cheese tortollini +
2 cups frozen baby peas + 12 oz. can of tuna fish in olive oil. Cook the tortollini in boiling salt water until tender,
adding peas for the last minute of cooking. Drain. Return to pot and add the tuna in its oil, along with salt
& pepper to taste. Heat through, stirring gently. Sprinkle w/parmesan cheese. Serves 4
FRANCE "Super-Quick Cheese Cake":
8 oz. softened cream cheese + 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice + 14 oz. can of condensed milk, NOT EVAPORATED + 1 graham cracker
pie shell. Beat cream cheese until smooth & fluffy, then add lemon juice and condensed milk until very well combined.
Pour into pie crust, chill & eat. Serves 8 (or just you if you're hungry, you little pig!)
