OBAMA HAS KNOWN THAT HE IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO RUN:

Dear Elected Officials,

Barack Obama has long been aware of his ineligibility for POTUS

In 2001, he slyly and obliquely accused the Founding Fathers of adding a 'fundamental flaw [to the Constitution]...that continues to this day'.

Obama never explained what that 'fundamental flaw' was, leaving the media to guess. He knew then, he was not natural born and his foreign citizenship(s) blocked his bid for Presidency should he wished to run. .

Further, in his free expression of disdain at the time, he wasn't aware, or pretended ignorance, that as far back as in 1765, William Blackstone in Commentaries on the Laws of England is quoted as saying "...natural allegiance is such as is due from all men born within the king's dominions immediately upon their birth. For immediately upon their birth, they are under the king's protection... Natural allegiance is therefore a debt of gratitude; which cannot be forfeited, cancelled, or altered, by any change of time place, or circumstance...For it is a principle of universal law, that the natural-born subject of one prince cannot by any act of his own, no, not by swearing allegiance to another, put off or discharge his natural allegiance of the former:..." and in 1758, Emmerich de Vattel, defines natural-born thusly, that "The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country."
 
As one observer put aptly, what Obama selfishly calls "a fundamental flaw" was the result of the Founding Fathers knowing that absolute power absolutely corrupts and is "why they created the checks and balances" in the Constitution against foreign usurpers who may one day be nursed by enemies of the state.

At some point after 2001, after stating to Alan Keyes on a C-Span address that he agreed he was not a natural-born citizen, Obama decided to make a dash for Presidency with the support of wealthy endorsers and encouraged by political "educational" and "disrespecting" ideologues like Ayers, to obfuscate and enter the Oval Office...to swear to uphold the Constitution on his own false prophet of the Bible and alter the Constitution irrevocably. The U.S. would then fall to the absolute power of the ideologue's concept of social control over a relatively new state of the union, just over 200 years old. The Founding Fathers and Ancestors escaped from, and fought, the old world to find better freedoms in the new country. (We will not let such a man as Obama with divided loyalties (if he possesses loyalty at all to the U.S.), his legion of corrupt politicians from Chicago and absurd undermining ideologues ruin it with one fell scoop).

By 2006, well aware he was running for Presidency, Obama's legal friends were already attempting to covertly amend the Constitution. 



It is quite humorous that lawyers believed a lawsuit brought forth by two-bit lawyers is adequate to change the Constitution. One wonders if Obama graduated from kindergarden and not Harvard.

The lawsuit was filed by a SARAH P. HERLIHY, employed by Kirkland & Ellis LLP, based in Chicago. The partners, Bruce I. Ettelson, P.C., is a member of the finance committees of U.S. Senators Barack Obama and Richard Durbin.



Jack S. Levin, P.C., another partner, in December 2002 was presented the "Illinois Venture Capital Association's lifetime achievement award for service to the private equity/venture capital community" by Senator Barack Obama.

Obama then attempted again in 2008 to take opportune advantage and amend the natural born requirement further than what was needed for John McCain.

It would take a blind man not to see what is happening here.

Elected officers, please do not be offended by our ire and hot tempers over this issue. People have been mislead by the media and are fighting to be heard in this late hour. They are fighting for their country. And you can bet they will take to arms and never vote or put their faith in you again if you do not speak up at this important hour.

Am I to understand that the natural born issue was sufficiently convincing to approximately 90 Democrat Electoral voters who on Dec. 15th, abstained from voting (ironically voting "present")?
